A one-guest listing is usually a private room, a micro-studio or a place booked by traveling nurses and contractors for weeks at a time. Turnover laundry and closet space
Each turnover washes 1 bath towels, 1 washcloths, 2 hand towels and 1 mat: 3 lb, 1 load. Bedding adds 4 lb, washed apart from towels. In all, 2 loads take about 3 hours on one washer and dryer, 2 hours inside an 11 am to 4 pm turnover.
Clean spares fill 1½ shelves of a 24 in closet: 10 towels and mats, 2 sheet sets and their covers.
