How it works
How the turnover checklist works
The checklist is built from your rental: a section for each bed, sofa bed and bathroom, plus the kitchen, the living areas and a lock-up round. Bed and bathroom sections list the linens to swap and the towels to set out, sized to your guests.
A worked example
The starting rental: 2 Queen beds, sleeps 4, 1 bathroom, laundry on site.

- It doesn't cover deep cleans or seasonal jobs.

Can I send it to my cleaner?
Yes. Copy it as text for a message or print it. Ticks you make here stay on this device.
What can I ask guests to do at checkout?
Keep it light. For Airbnb stays booked on or after November 20, 2026, hosts can't ask guests to do tasks a cleaner would normally do, like stripping beds or washing dishes. See the checkout chores rule.
Does it handle half baths?
Yes. A half bath gets its own short section without shower or tub tasks.
How do I start the next turnover?
