How it works
How Plan my rental works
You answer four questions: your beds, how many guests you sleep, your bathrooms and where the laundry gets done. The planner turns them into counts with the same rules as the linen calculator, prices each line with one checked product and runs the software check and stay costs on the same rental.
- Sheet sets per bed = 1 on the bed + sets in the wash + spare
- To buy = what you need − what you already own

What it doesn't do
- It doesn't include furniture, mattresses, appliances or decor.
- Prices are one example product per line on the date shown. They change, and a different brand changes the total.
- It doesn't cover local rules, permits or taxes.
Questions hosts ask
Do I need to sign up?
No. Everything you enter is saved in this browser on this device. There are no accounts, and you can export a backup from My rentals.
Can I plan more than one rental?
Yes. Add as many rentals as you have under My rentals. Each one keeps its own beds, inventory and plans.
Where do the prices come from?
Each line uses one product checked on a retailer page, with the price and the date it was seen. Pick a different product and the total follows.
What if I already own some of it?
Enter what you own on each line. The list subtracts it and shows only what's left to buy.
